Q: Please detail your experiences of the implementation of full service Universal Credit in Halton
A: I have mental health problems and my brother is my carer. They are meant to put all corrispondance to him. They then sanctioned me with no explanation. Then said they had wrote to me ( which they never ) even though its supposed to go to my brother. I ended up being sectioned as a rresult of this as i cant comprehend lies. My brother finally got to the bottom of this with much problems along the way while i was in hospital and it got overturned. About 2 months later they tried the same thing again and i nearly ended up back in hospital
